Having first entered the home equity mortgage lending field while in the finance business, I moved into mortgage lending in 1988 as the owner of a mortgage broker office located in West Columbia and have helped thousands of clients throughout the state with their mortgage needs and I have seen many changes in real estate and mortgage lending occur in the last twenty-seven (28) years. I managed to survive the "meltdown" that occured in the real estate and mortgage lending industries and am reasonably confident now that real estate property values are stable and, in fact, increasing and with mortgage interest rates remaining as low as they have been for a number of years, these factors combined create a great opportunity to help you consider your mortgage needs for a home purchase or refinance (primary residence, second home, or investment property up to quadraplexes).  

I am a Veteran of three years service in the Army and was fortunate enough not to have been required to serve in any combat zone- I am MOST APPRECIATIVE of the men and women who serve in today's military and who have their lives put on the line, especially when serving in any areas of the Middle East-we do gladly participate in the Heroes Mortgage Program so please ask about that.
